Here is some information you may find useful:

Venue Hire at The Pump House

  • Availability:

    • Monday to Thursday: Available from 18:00 with no venue hire fee.

    • Friday and Saturday: Available from 18:00 to 23:59, venue hire £1,500.

  • Included in £1,500 hire fee:

    • Licensed bar with staff to manage service.

    • Live and recorded music.

    • Capacity for up to 75 guests.

  • Additional Costs:

    • For every 25 guests over the initial 75, an additional fee of £250 applies (max capacity 150)

    • Additional hours before or beyond 18:00-23:59 on Friday and Saturday are charged at £500 per hour (this includes requiring access to the space for supplier set up).

Food & Drink Options

  • Welcome drinks can be offered from our drinks menu.

  • Catering options include canapés and grazing tables.

  • If hiring a food truck or external caterer, a pitch fee or kitchen hire fee of £250 applies.

Booking and Payment

  • To secure your date, 50% of the venue hire fee is required.

  • Remaining balance due 60 days before the event.

  • Payment for any additional items due 30 days prior to the event.

Viewings

  • You are welcome to book a meeting to view the venue.
