Venue Hire at The Pump House
Availability:
Monday to Thursday: Available from 18:00 with no venue hire fee.
Friday and Saturday: Available from 18:00 to 23:59, venue hire £1,500.
Included in £1,500 hire fee:
Licensed bar with staff to manage service.
Licence for live and recorded music.
Up to 75 guests (capacity 150).
Additional Costs:
For every 25 guests over the initial 75, an additional fee of £250 applies (max capacity 150)
Additional hours before or beyond 18:00-23:59 on Friday and Saturday are charged at £500 per hour (this includes requiring access to the space for supplier set up).
Food & Drink Options
Welcome drinks can be offered from our drinks menu.
Catering options include canapés and grazing tables.
If hiring a food truck there is a pitch fee of £250 applies.
Booking and Payment
To secure your date, 50% of the venue hire fee is required.
Remaining balance due 60 days before the event.
Payment for any additional items due 30 days prior to the event.

You are welcome to book a meeting to view the venue.
